Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our services or create an account.
Individuals under the age of 18 may participate in coaching programs only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Our services are educational in nature and are intended to help clients improve performance, confidence, leadership, communication, and personal development.
No Medical or Mental Health Services
Mindset Mastered does not provide medical care, psychological counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or any licensed healthcare services.
Our coaching services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your physician or emergency services immediately.
No Guarantee of Results
Every individual is different.
Although our coaching programs are designed to improve mindset and performance, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:
Athletic performance
Competition results
College recruiting
Scholarships
Business success
Income
Promotions
Confidence improvements
Personal achievements
Results depend upon many factors outside of our control, including each client's commitment and effort.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Attend scheduled appointments on time.
Participate actively in the coaching process.
Complete recommended exercises or assignments.
Communicate respectfully with our staff.
Use our services only for lawful purposes.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
Prices are subject to change without notice for future purchases.
Scheduling, Rescheduling, and Cancellations
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be considered forfeited and are generally not eligible for a refund or replacement session unless otherwise agreed by Mindset Mastered.
If Mindset Mastered must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange another mutually convenient time.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Digital products, downloadable materials, online courses, and mobile app content are non-refundable.
Workshops and group coaching programs are generally non-refundable once the program begins.
Missed appointments are non-refundable.
Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of Mindset Mastered.
Intellectual Property
All content provided by Mindset Mastered, including but not limited to:
Videos
Worksheets
Workbooks
PDFs
Audio recordings
Mobile application content
Course materials
Presentations
Graphics
Logos
Branding
Written materials
Website content
is the exclusive property of Mindset Mastered and is protected by United States copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

without prior written permission from Mindset Mastered.
User Accounts
